Group Classes

We know exercise helps overcome cancer treatment side effects

Exercising as part of a group can be very beneficial physiosocially

  • Great way to share knowledge and experiences with others
  • Develop social connections to others in similar situations
  • Using Exercise Physiologists and their knowledge as an educational resource
  • Great for improving your mental and emotional wellbeing

We run group classes in Camberwell from Monday to Thursday.

We currently have vacancies in our group exercise classes.

All participants are required to undergo an exercise physiology assessment prior to joining a group.

Thorough assessment allows us to:

  • Establish your baseline ability
  • Establish your ideal and safe heart rate range during exercise
  • Design your exercise program specifically for you
  • Discuss and design realistic and achieveable goals for throughout treatment and after
All while considering your cancer, it’s treatment, the side effects & your response.
