We run group classes in Camberwell on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and Heidelberg on Fridays.
We currently have vacancies in our group exercise classes. Please get in touch and contact us to discuss getting involved.
All participants are required to undergo an exercise physiology assessment prior to joining a group.
