Ovarian cancer survivors who meet physical activity guidelines report better outcomes.

359 ovarian cancer survivors were surveyed about their physical activity and various side effects to cancer treatment. This study, published in 2009, found that those women who did more exercise and physical activity reported less fatigue, less peripheral neuropathy, less depression and anxiety, better quality sleep and happiness.
